Palletizing

The palletizer automates the Euro pallets crate stocking. Automation is necessary if the task is too dangerous, too difficult or not manageable within a given time for a worker. In such a case, the plastic containers are stacked for transport on a pallet, picked up, separated from the pallet, transferred to distribution shuttles and transported by box conveyors. The palletizer works reliably and at high speed in order not interfere with the flow of material.
