Drying

The Zetec dries crate towers and individual crates with centrifugal force. A conveyor transports the boxes to the centrifuge. As soon as the centrifuge is ready, the stopper lowers, and the loading tongs move the stack onto the lifting table and into the rotor. While the pile is being spin-dried, the loading tongs move back towards the starting position to pick up the next stack on the inlet. The rapid rotation of the rotor dries the boxes. The dried stack is lowered by the lifting table back to the level of the conveyor belts and transported from there.
