Tanzer Maschinenbau automates processes for plastic containers in the logistics sector. Activities such as depalletizing, unstacking, box opening, crate closing, cleaning, drying, and stacking are replaced by fully automatic and process-reliable machines. Depalletizing

The depalletizer automates the depalletizing of Euro pallets. Automation is necessary if the task is too dangerous, too difficult or not manageable within a given time for a worker. In such a case, the plastic containers are stacked for transport on a pallet, picked up, separated from the pallet, transferred to distribution shuttles and transported by box conveyors. The depalletizer works reliably and at high speed in order not interfere with the flow of material.

Destacking

The Powerseparator divides box towers automatically into individual folding boxes.

Box opening

The Powerboxer automates the sequence of the box opening.

Powercloser

The Powercloser automates the box closure process.

Sorting

The Powersorter sorts different folding crates fully automatically.

Drying
